Smooths out walls in preparation for painting or overhanging with decorative wallcoverings and wallpaper. Provides an excellent base surface. Very easy to use; contains no PVC or fibreglass. Pulp is derived from well managed FSC or PEFC sources. The heavier the grade of lining (the higher the number) the more effectively this paper will hide defects.
